Bailey has always known that she was born to ENTERTAIN. Ironically named after “Bailey” a female radio presenter character in the TV series WKRP in Cincinnati, it seemed she was destined for the broadcasting and entertaining world.

Bailey started her radio career at the tender age of 17 years old on the campus radio station RAU Radio.

She continued to explore her skills and gain experience by joining the Retail Radio station, Edgars Music Radio and did Festival Radio, Rand Show radio.

In 2004, Bailey joined top Commercial Radio station, 94.7 Highveld Stereo. In 2005 she was asked to be a part of the Afternoon Drive show Monday to Friday with Alex Jay. While the show continually changed, Bailey remained the constant, working and co-hosting with various well-known personalities such as Revin John, Brad Brown, Patrick Hayworth, Jeremy Harris, Rob Forbes, Ian F and Mark Pilgrim.

After being a part of the show for 7 years, program changes led to Mark Pilgrim and Bailey leaving the Afternoon Drive Show.

Doors of opportunity opened quite quickly and Bailey can now add to her resume: Internet radio. 2Oceansvibe Radio is the biggest internet radio station in South Africa and she hosted “The Bailey Schneider Show” every Monday – Thursday from 2-3pm until October 2013. In October 2013, Bailey was promoted to the Lunch Time Show which was every Monday – Thursday between 12-2pm.
