Related to Client Services Agreements.

Please Note:

• Entertainment-Online.co.za is a division of SA Online (www.sa-online-services.co.za)- a web based service broker.

• SA Online is an administrative and marketing company for select services on the internet.

• Costs detailed below are subject to change without notice and become applicable on details being published here within.

General Scenario:

            Main Service fee inclusive of 2 (TWO) main costs:

            1.

            Supplier (price quoted to SA Online - varies per supplier) - generally 80% of the full service agreement fee.

            2.

            Entertainment-Online.co.za Fee - (fee varies based on services - refer to Entertainment-Online fee below ) inclusive 

            and further divided as:

                        Consultation Fee (Generally 40% of full Entertainment-Fee): first, second third responses, availability first,

                        second and third time, informal quote, formal quote, supplier purchase order, client service agreement.

                        Administrative and fee (Generally 40% of full Entertainment Online fee): checking of quotes,

                        invoices, purchase orders, payment reminders, follow ups, fax and paper fees, telephone fees.

                        Marketing provision: generally 20% of full Entertainment-Online fee.

The above percentages are taken out of the Entertainment-Online.co.za Fee

An Entertainment-Online.co.za Fee related to entertainment only can be:

            Services under 5 000.00 ZAR to SA Online - up to 1 500.00 Mark Up inclusive.

            Services under 10 000.00 ZAR to SA Online - up to 3 000.00 Mark Up inclusive.

            Services under 15 000.00 ZAR to SA Online - up to 3 000.00 Mark Up inclusive.

            Services over 15 000.00 ZAR to SA Online - 20% Mark Up inclusive.

            Services over 60 000.00 ZAR to SA Online - between 15 and 20% Mark Up inclusive.

            Services over 90 000.00 ZAR to SA Online - between 10 and 20% Mark Up inclusive.

            Between 5% and 10% extra fee can be charged for complex bookings such as, but   not limited to international 

            events, government events, last minute bookings.

            *Mark ups at percentage systems are determined by the related broker or consultant per booking,

            Post services agreement extras:

            Minimum charge of 500.00 ZAR or up to 25% fee.

Other Services Entertainment-Online.co.za offers and related fees:

Entertainment Online Rep / Function Planner Fee:

Compulsory extra services with most bookings.

Function Rep and Supplier Management.

Single Service, less than 2 hours, 500.00 ZAR ex vat and extra travel costs.

Single Service, less than 4 hours, 650.00 ZAR ex vat and extra travel costs.

Single Service, more than 8 hours, 1 150.00 ZAR ex vat and extra travel costs.

More than 2 services and / or more than 8 hours and / or international from 1 500.00 ZAR ex vat and extra travel, quoted per event / booking.

* Travel Management is charged at 3.00 ZAR / KM – the fee can include but is not limited to provisions for fuel, toll gate, wear and tear. Other fees may apply.

            ** The above fee's should be used as a guideline only.

Entertainment Briefing Sessions

Entertainers fee – price on application.

Function Rep and Supplier Manager. 500.00 ZAR ex vat.

Entertainment Rehearsals

Entertainers fee – price on application.

Function Rep and Supplier Manager. 500.00 ZAR* ex vat.

Working Example:

            Cost to Client (Main Service Fee): 18 000.00 ZAR ex vat.

            Example, Comedian (Supplier) cost to SA Online is 15 000.0 ZAR

            Entertainment Online Fee is 3 000.00 ZAR - inclusive of:

            Consultation / Broker fee                        : 1 200.00 ZAR

            SA Online Administrative fee                  : 1 200.00 ZAR

            Marketing costs                                    : 600.00 ZAR

            The above scenario is subject to change on condition and factors including but not limited to:

            Supplier circumstances.

            Date, Time, Duration, Venue of service delivery (multiple event service delivery details will generally increase the Mark 

            Up  percentage).

            Single or Multiple services (multiple services will generally increase the Mark Up percentage).

Travel / Hospitality / Technical / Support Services / Rehearsals / Photographers / Management Fee / Administration:

            Possible cost scenarios:

            Supplier cost to SA Online + mark up of 20-40%

            Or

            In the instance services are arranged in house (services owned and managed by SA Online) - 100% fee.

            And/Or

            15% additional safety mark up for high risk services that are subject to price change. (such as, but not limited to, flights)

            Costs per hour.

            Charged generally in scenarios requiring extra work from Consultants / Staff / Administration - generally in the instance

            of  a breach of agreement on the Client’s behalf.

            Administration or Consultation: 1 500.00 ZAR ex vat per hour.

            Cancelation fees and service agreement breach.

            The cancelation fees will be determined at SA Onlines own discretion and based on factors such as but not limited

            to: cancelation notice, and / or suppliers, consults and staff input.

                        Fees can include:

                        A full service agreement fee.

                        Extra admin or consultants fees charged per hour at 1200.00 ZAR per hour + vat.

                        Legal and own client costs and fees.

                        Any related supplier or third party costs.
