Boki - Musician - Johannesburg

Boki Ntsime is a South African singer best known as one of the Top 14 finalists on the sixth season of the M-Net reality competition Idols, in 2010.

Boki was named after his grandfather, although he didn't discover until recently that his name means 'deer' in Afrikaans.

A self-confessed party animal, he grew up in Krugersdorp with his parents and two siblings, and studied music at Damelin College in Bramley. He also plays the piano.

The talented and energetic boki ntsime has become a household name, coming 4^th on idols SA season 6 and wowing audiences with his brilliant renditions of popular cover like “king’s of leon’s : someone like you and Justin timberlake’s : my love.

Boki has performed at various south African music festivals and venues namely Woodstock, aardklop, the radium beer hall and tanz café. Boki trained in vocals whilst studying music at damlin bramly and his band won “the keg battle of the bands” (kempton park) in 2008.

Boki has a large repertoire of songs suitable for any event, as a band or solo act.
