Booking Process

 

 

Entertainment-Online.co.za works exclusively off the internet. You will find a brief on the general booking process below.

 

Step 1 – First contact

A client requests a quote or assistance via our website | chat room | request line or e-mail.

 

Step 2 – We respond

Entertainment Online responds with the details of the Entertainment Consultant dealing with the request within 12 hours or less – shortly after an Entertainment Consultant will respond with either starting costs, ideas or, if required, a quotation and confirmed availability.

 

Step 3 – Accepting a quote

Should a client wish to accept a quote, they follow the instruction as per the service agreement detailed on a formal quote. Quotes are sent from quotes@sa-online-services.co.za  and a sms notification will be sent to the client if they supply a cell phone number. Formal quotes will include a service agreement and booking terms.

 

Step 4 – Invoicing

Once a quote has been accepted the appropriate invoice/s will be issued. Generally a 50% payment will reserve a supplier and the remaining 50% is required to confirm with full payment due no later than 15 days prior the service delivery date.

 

Events less than 25 days away will be issued a full invoice.

 

Payment instructions are detailed on the quote and appropriate cover pages of invoices and sent from invoices@sa-online-services.co.za  and a sms notification will be sent to the client.

 

Step 5 – Services are confirmed

Once a client has met their obligation as per the service agreement and booking terms, the relevant supplier/s are formally instructed and, when applicable, contracted as per the details on the client’s service agreement.

 

A client can at any time contact their Entertainment Consultant or use the 24 hour request line.
