He’s also a thriving entrepreneur, developing the youth and bettering the educational experience to thousands of disadvantaged learners in South Africa, author of two successful books, big brother to many across Africa. An extraordinary change maker, community builder, believer of the Word and focused leader who leads from both ends, having authored and published his first motivational book by the age of 22.
His method of talks and facilitation involves a lot of interactions, role plays, energizers, short video clips, including the usage of PowerPoint presentations. He is not just doing it, but putting a whole lot of passion and energy to his talks and facilitations.
After completing his high school and whilst he was finding himself, doing short courses and bettering himself an idea was sparked in his mind, he started an organization with the purpose of helping and developing the youth he then registered an NGO called Bunang Baswa, which has helped over 10 000 students and young people throughout the country. Fred has inspired, spoke and facilitated to more than 50 000 people at schools, private sectors, government, Universities, churches, NGO’s etc. He has also worked with Gauteng Basic Education as their motivational speaker, trained and inspired over 800 offenders (prisoners), which some are serving life sentence. He has Diploma in Project management and more than 10 short course certificates.
