Entertainment-Online.co.za brokers entertainment and related services primarily for corporate events and while we can, and do process bookings for government departments and entities, our standard booking process is alerted due to our experience with bookings for government.

 

There are 2 forms to be completed and submitted in conjunction before a request is sent to a consultant to assist with quotes, availability and bookings.

  • I accept that Entertainment-Online.co.za charges 50% of confirmed fee to reserve services, and the remaining 50% is due 15 working days prior event to confirm services.
  • I accept that should an event be less than 30 working days from today's date, 100% payment is required.
  • I accept that only EFT payments are accepted.
  • I accept that Entertainment-Online.co.za is owned by SA Online - with company details displayed at the following link:
    http://www.sa-online-services.co.za/contacts.htm - and that you will check with relevant procurement or finance departments to ensure that we are registered vendors.
  • I accept that no vendor forms will be completed until a formal quote has been signed off and accepted.
  • I accept SA Online will provide a bank verification letter, a tax clearance certificate and a tax invoice.
  • I accept SA Online cannot provide BEE verification, because the managing company does not qualify due to low number of staff - the same is confirmed in the service agreement.
  • I accept invoices from SA Online are digital, therefore the original invoice is e-mailed and if requested also faxed, and that collection of originals is for my own account.
  • I accept that the booking process after this form is submitted will follow a referral to consultant, who will assist with fees and availability, and if accepted fees, a service agreement will be issued and signed by my office, and an invoice will then be issued for accepted services and payment made as detailed within this validation form. At this time of acceptance, and if required vendor documents will then be completed by SA Online.
