Malcolm Ferreira, also known as Jan from Vodacom Player 23 has been a professional comedian since 2001. Malcolm Ferreira is an international comedian who has the unique ability to read just about any audience and adapt to any environment.

Malcolm Ferreira started his international career performing at the groundbreaking SA only stage at the Edinburgh festival in 2005, earning rave reviews.

His television appearances include sketches for The Flipside and The pure monate show, Comedy showcase, The Res, Pap Idols... Malcolm was also in a firm favourite as the 'original' 94.7 Fugitive. Due to his quick wit and fearless approach to stage performances, he has been a valued member of a couple of improv troupes, as well as a festival, Up the Creek and Oppikoppi, favourite.
