Felicity is a succesful fashion designer and co-owner of Felicity Fashions, which she owns with her partner, Dezi. She is professional and pays attention to detail. Felicity hates it when things do not go according to plan, especially before a fashion show.
 

She designs outfits and costumes for all events in Hillside, big or small. Being insightful and sensitive, many friends turn to het for advise. Felicity is ambitious and  hard working, but knows how to have a good time. She is like a daughter to Charmaine and more often than not a loyal friend.
