Real name Neville Diedericks (31), born in Cape Town, South Africa. Neville D started playing guitar from the age of 12. Neville D is also a business man. He is a founder and sole owner of Nefty Records. Through the company’s subsidiary Studio One he has become a premier producer in Cape Town and abroad.

Having been a musician, speaker, worship leader, songwriter and producer for over 10 years Neville D has developed into a well rounded entertainer of note.

His talent came under the spotlight with the release of his debut album, "Calling My Name" in 1999, which was followed by "Until the Whole World Knows", The Back to Church Project and The Gospel according to Cape Town (compilation album).

As a songwriter, he has written with and for great artists such as Judith Sephuma (A call) and Israel Houghton (Identity). Because of his versatility as an artist he has also shared stages with artists and musicians such as Keith Sweat, Deborah Cox, Joe, Ernie Smith, Musa Manzini, Rebecca Malope, the Cape Town Symphony Orchestra and Allou April.

His latest offering "Songs of Deliverance" is soulful, mature but yet very vibrant and youthful. The eleven track album showcases Neville’s versatility and growth as an artist – it draws from different genres, and the topics addressed speak hope, change and deliverance to the listener.

He collaborated with Jayde Brammer, Jeremy (JK) Koeries, Hiram Koopman, Lionel Petersen and Helena Smith.

The lead single "The Sun Will Shine Again" is your typical feel good song, with lyrics such as “sometimes rain will fall, but the sun will shine again”. This particular track is already enjoying great success with Neville D fans and media alike.

Having been no. 1 on the CCFM charts for two weeks, voted and kept by fans on that spot. Other amazing tracks include – The R&B/Soul inspired For My Good, My Angel, Nothing No-One, the Christian rock classics “Jesus is Alive” and Elshaddai as well as the inspirational “Overcoming Faith”.
