Rhys‘s “drag rock show” The Mary Scary Show has been performed to over 100 sold-out audiences in Cape Town, and has toured to Johannesburg, London and Frankfurt. The original show inspired Rhys to front a satirical electro/rock band, Tokeo&TheSexxwails, which was showcased in Glaceau: Vitamin Water’s The Death of Mary Scary at the OnBroadway Theatre in June 2011. In August 2011 he started “The Rhys Woods Show” every Tuesday on 2oceansvibe Radio which now commands a listenership of over 5 000 every episode and is currently one of the most popular shows at the station.

Rhys was most recently seen in SAMA Award winning Jax Panik’s music video for the hit single, Sex Me Slowly.
