DJ Mshega, born in 1988, from Katlehong in Ekurhuleni whose real name is Linda Hlatshwayo keeps bringing life to parties and music charts.
His singles Who, Come Back and Criminal have left Mzansi music fans jamming.
As the first winner of the SABC1 deejaying competition, 1’s and 2’s, he’s proved his talent and now has released his debut album, The Contribution.
“It’s an eccentric and energetic album. Every song has its own personality and story and that’s been my aim. I’ve stayed away from the last track still having the elements of the first,” Mshega said.
The album features MiCasa, Busi N, Lady Zamar, Brenden Praise and more talented musicians who all bring a different flavour to the album.
DJ Mshega is on a mission to break boundaries and ensure Mzansi music is seen on the international charts together with big names.
