About Henning Gericke
Henning’s regular motivational and Team Building sessions with Top Companies feature his highly-popular presentation, “The Mindset of a Championship Team” and it have proved to be a real winner with any team which needs to continue to strive for increasing levels of achievement.
It covers his tenure in the 4 year build-up to the 2007 world cup and the inside story of what took the failed Springboks of 2003 to the World Champs just 4 years later.

Dr. Henning Gericke is Team Psychologist for the Springbok Rugby Team and is in France with the team for the IRB Rugby World Cup 2007
Among Springbok players he has been nick named the Head Doctor - 'Kopdoktor'.
In the early 1980's he broke the 4 minute mile on 10 occassions and was considered a potential medal hopeful at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. However, he was unable to compete due to the international isolation of South Africa.
