She is the Managing Director of RL Media & Marketing, a Level 1 BBBEE Out Of Home Media Business providing a portfolio of impactful & iconic billboards across the country.

This dynamic woman qualified and practiced as a Biokineticist for a few years, is a Mom, a published Author, a Motivational Speaker, an MC, the Co-Founder of PopUpGym, a movement that promotes healthy and active lifestyles by showing people that they can train anywhere, anytime and as an avid cyclist she also co-owns Echelon Bike Transport, a bicycle transport company that transports bikes across the country to various cycling races. She truly has a passion for all things regarding healthy and active lifestyles.

Letshego’s expansive presence in the media confirms her commitment in inspiring South Africans to enjoy the best of a fitter, healthier lifestyle. She has on numerous occasions loaned her vast knowledge regarding health, wellness and fitness on various radio, television and print media. She currently contributes her knowledge in a weekly fitness column in The Citizen Newspaper called Fitness At Large.

She is the published Author of “I Choose To Live: Life After Losing Gugu”. A memoir dedicated to her late husband, racing driver Gugulethu Zulu who tragically passed away on Mt Kilimanjaro in July 2016.

In this memoir, Letshego shares the intricate details around the passing and the heartbreak. She then empowers readers with insightful lessons about how to pick up the pieces after life has thrown multiple challenges your way.

With her adventurous personality, she was the runner-up on Survivor SA Maldives and also came 4th on Fear Factor SA. She also has a growing list of personal sporting achievements as an avid runner, cyclist and swimmer who has completed sporting events such as: The Comrades Marathon, The Absa Cape Epic, JoBerg2C, Two Oceans Ultra Marathon, Coronation Double Century, The 94.7 Cycle Challenge, The Cape Town Cycle Tour and The Rio de Janeiro Marathon amongst many other prestigious events. She also added Co-Driver in the South African Cross Country Series to her list of achievements, having also obtained 2ndplace in the Class T Championship in 2020. Letshego is also an avid mountaineer having summited Mount Kilimanjaro and 6 of the 9 highest peaks in South Africa.
