He accepted the challenge of learning how to mix for a live set on a Bloemfontein radio station, a daunting task given only two weeks to master it. However, this pivotal moment became the catalyst for his music career. He emerged from this experience not just as a DJ but as a storyteller behind the decks, weaving narratives through his mixes that resonated with audiences.

Lulo's passion for his craft drove him to perfect his skills, even after becoming a professional DJ. His dedication paid off, leading to numerous high-profile gigs at prestigious venues and collaborations with notable South African celebrities. Lulo Cafe is renowned for his ability to connect with his audience, share stories and create a memorable experience on the dance floor.

Over the years, Lulo Cafe has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry, known for cutting-edge and quality music.
