A proudly South-African woman who’s probably best known in Namaqualand as the former home drive Radio DJ on the program Hamba Khaya, on Radio NFM 98.1, the voice of the Namaqua people.

Won the prestigious ATKV Mediaveertjie for best Community Radio Presenter in 2019
Worked as a freelancer at Media24 from March to end of May 2020 as Project leader, part of the production team of the popular program Die Lewe skuld my niks, with Marlene Le Roux as presenter, on Channel 147 VIA TV
More About Lyntjie Jaars
Got the lead role in the theathre production ELLIE which would have debut at the 2020 Freestate Festival, but due to covid-19 being postponed till this year 2022.
Lyntjie’s also a seasoned MC with prestigious events like the inauguration of Gamsberg mine in Aggeneys 2018, which is currently one of the biggest mining developments in South-Africa and most digitalized mines in Africa, where the President of South-Africa was the keynote speaker.

Lyntjie worked extensively for a few years in the marketing industry as a career marketer.
With her passion for the Gospel and a heart for people she travelled to different African nations like Namibia, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Swaziland and the UK to do outreaches and spreading the Word of life.
She is a very good presenter and people are very fond of her due to her warmth and easily connection with people. She is very good in capturing stories and people are easily opening up to her. Lyntjie are very motivated but also sincere and wants to bring peoples stories truthfully, with integrity and simplicity.
Lyntjie’s unapologetically ambassador for Namaqualand where she originates from and are proud of the way they speak Afrikaans.
