Sam De DJ

 

Sam De DJ is a producer, DJ whos passion for music was discovered at an early age while growing up in Eastern Cape, Bizana. His musical talents matured in 2009, when he relocated to South Coast, KwaZulu Natal. While immersed in his music compositions, this led to his first single tittled Heart n Soul, which featured a female vocalist known as m’bali (aka lelo).

 

Music:

Sam De DJ specialises in Deep House, Afro Tech and Dance Music,
His music incorporates a variation of creative elements and dynamic beats. His sound reflects his influences which are jazz and pop music.
The purpose of his music is to reflect the world as he sees it. What sets me apart from other DJ’s is my style of music and my creative ingenuity. My long-term goal is to inspire and show the youth that nothing is impossible.
He has Released EP’s tittled Good Old Days, Under The Sun and featured Vocalist from around the Globe.

 

Career Highlights:

Shared a stages with DJ Tira, DJ Clock, DJ Cuebur to name a few
Was in a band Transkei Republic who’s band member included renowned producer, Ali keyz (producer for Casper Nyovest)
Produced a track with well-known percussionist, Pantsula
Produced a song tittled “Inside your love” which received a high rotation in UK Radio stations
His worked with Uncle Earl, a world know vocalist that has worked with some of the world’s best.
Produced a remix in the EP tittled feelin’ good and the project won June 2022 best dance/electronica award.
