Tendai is a board level leader, lecturer and an avid public speaker with an infectious passion for people and the rapid development of The African continent. A very mature, experienced professional with global experience, Tendai is passionate and creative. She is able to interface with audiences of all sizes, hitting the connection spot every time with her warmth, confidence and intensity.

She has written and delivered many papers on Africa as the next frontier for growth in the world and motivating business communities in Africa. She is a writer and speaker on many deep issues including living an inspired life, life’s choices, marriage and HIV awareness.

Tendai Mhizha spent her early years travelling the world and was educated in 6 different countries. She is a true global citizen. She holds a Masters in Strategic Management with the University of Derby, UK and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree through research, with the same university. She has developed the unique 17 group Pan African Living Standard Measure tool in use by major multinationals.

Tendai has 20 years' experience in Pan-African Market Research and strategy and has worked for The Edgars group in Zimbabwe, Research International in South Africa and Wella Hair Care Company in Cape Town. She was the CEO of Research International Zimbabwe (Member of the WPP group), which she built with her father from 5 people to 1500 people in 4 years, also operating in Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana and Angola from 1998 to December 2004.
